Pandemic

EXPERIENCE

Epic   |   Aug 2013 - Aug 2015
Software Developer

Designed and developed user interface and client side code for new functionality in Epic Rover, an electronic medical records clinical documentation iOS application. Created wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to use in usability studies.

Led design and development for mobile application’s transition to iOS 7. Investigated visual bugs, triaged issues, and collaborated with user interface designers to update and redesign visual aspects of UI.

Visited hospitals for field research to observe Rover usage and gain better understanding of clinicians’ workflows, clients’ needs, and the healthcare industry in general. Used observations and feedback to improve the overall application.

IT Leadership Program Intern

Launched a campaign to raise awareness and engagement in GE’s newly released digital collaboration and social media platform. 

Performed a product analysis of social media platforms used within GE to identify the possibilities for collaboration and interaction for GE’s Engineering Tools division.
